Sim-to-real control testbeds: pendulum, cart-pole & robotic arm

Classical control testbeds to validate the simulation-to-hardware pipeline step by step: a rotary inverted pendulum (ferrolho design), a belt-driven cart-pole, and an SO-101 arm that later becomes the open humanoid's arm. A Bambu Lab P1S prints the structures.
