What we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone.
• Order data: addresses, GSTIN (optional), items purchased.
• Uploaded 3D files for quoting and printing.
• Payment status from our payment partners (Razorpay, PhonePe). We never see or store full card details.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security and fraud prevention.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, issue GST invoices, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We send marketing email only with your consent.

Sharing

With payment gateways, courier partners and our email provider — only what they need. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Invoices and tax records are kept for the period required by Indian law (currently at least 8 years). Uploaded print files are deleted 90 days after the job is completed unless you ask us to keep them.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data (subject to legal retention) by emailing [email protected]. This policy is intended to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — review required.
