Current delivery area

Until our GST registration is complete, physical products are delivered only to addresses in Gujarat, and no GST is charged. Custom 3D printing orders are delivered within Gujarat as well; digital services (websites, apps, design, hosting) are available to customers anywhere. We will extend delivery to all of India and worldwide once registered.

Dispatch times

• In-stock items: 1–2 business days.
• Printed kits and custom prints: made to order, typically 3–7 business days before dispatch (shown on each product).

Domestic (India)

We ship through courier partners across India. Rates depend on weight and destination and are shown at checkout. Free standard shipping applies above the threshold shown for your zone.

International

We ship worldwide via DHL Express and economy services. International orders are zero-rated for Indian GST. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Lithium batteries may only ship by approved services.

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also track any order at /track.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) and we'll help file a claim.
