1. About us
Voltomni ("we", "us") operates voltomni.com, an online store for electronics, robotics components, 3D printed kits, a custom 3D printing service and digital services.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud.
3. Prices and taxes
We are not yet registered under GST: prices shown are final and no GST is charged, and physical products are delivered within Gujarat only. Once registered, prices shown in INR will include GST, deliveries outside India will be zero-rated exports, and import duties in the destination country will be payable by the recipient.
4. Custom 3D printing
Instant quotes are estimates generated from your file. We review every job before printing and may contact you to adjust orientation, supports or price, or to cancel with a full refund. You confirm you have the right to have the uploaded design printed.
5. Digital services
Scope, milestones and deliverables for website, app and design work are defined in the package description or in a written proposal. Hosting subscriptions renew each period until cancelled.
6. Open-source designs
Some kits are printed parts for open-source designs. We credit the original authors and comply with their licences. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those authors unless stated.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY], Gujarat have jurisdiction.
