Returns & refund policy

Stock items

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Request a return from Account → Orders. Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Not returnable

• Custom 3D prints made to your file (unless defective).
• Printed kits made to order (unless defective or incorrect).
• Batteries once used, and items damaged by incorrect wiring or use.

Defective or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace, reprint or refund, including shipping.

Digital services

Deposits for services cover work already scheduled. Refunds for unused milestones are handled case by case. Hosting subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; the current period is not refunded.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped (or before printing starts for custom jobs) for a full refund.
